Create an event page with contents of etherpad

It would make it easier for anyone in chat to archive an etherpad to a new wiki page, perhaps with a command like:

/events/2022-08-03-hwc-pacific << https://etherpad.indieweb.org/hwcpst-2022-08-03

It could key on "etherpad.indieweb.org" in the URL to copy the etherpad contents instead of adding the link to the page.

This would probably need to be restricted to work on new pages, to avoid appending a lot of text to an existing page, or appending etherpad notes multiple times.
