Traffic Lights:

user input:
T_CHECKIN
latitude (float)
longitude (float)
timestamp (datetime)
street address (string)
traffic code (short) ex: 0, 1, 2, 3
plus ones (integer)

Traffic Dense:
0 - (none)
1 - (green) no traffic
2 - (orange) moving traffic
3 - (red) traffic jam

checkin user:
-------------
user checks in at his/her current location, by clicking on the 3 possible buttons (green, orange or red) - insert to T_CHECKIN

roaming user:
-------------
based on his/her current location he'll find nearest checkins (green, orange or red) - query from T_CHECKIN

User Views:

Homepage (User Traffic Checkin Page)
- map showing user's current location (first half of the screen)
- three traffic light buttons (second half of the screen) - click to checkin buttons checking
- Roam button - user can check traffic jams around (it can be red, orange or green)

Traffic Dense Near You
- user can check traffic information near by him.
- show: street address name, checkin time, click on the item to go to google map with overlay
