For instance, ivy-switch-buffer passes :keymap ivy-switch-buffer-map. But there's no way for the user to inspect that now e.g. C-c C-k key binding is available.

Would be nice to add this info to C-o, or maybe even a separate key binding.

It would indeed be nice to have a more focussed listing of :keymap-specific bindings, but FWIW describe-bindings/counsel-descbinds works fine for me for now.

Thanks, I forgot for a few hours that describe-bindings existed. Still, this might be a nice low-priority improvement.
