counsel-linux-app not working if "/usr/local/share/applications/" is not existent #896

Hi, on my computer the mentioned directory doesn't exist, so the function counsel-linux-app is not working. Of course I can just make that directory. But i think it would be nice to make that function work without, since the directory is not always existent.
