This is a temporary workaround for issue abo-abo#1803 which also reverts the following commit: ivy.el (ivy--reset-state): Set Info-read-node-completion-table 2018-11-21 15:49:11 +0100 cfef472 (ivy--reset-state): Ensure Info-complete-menu-buffer is bound even during ivy-recursive-restore.
