Summary
Add practical seed/fixture guidance so contributors can run features without production-like data.

Scope

• document minimal local seed/fixture setup workflow
• include example datasets for common dev scenarios
• note reset/cleanup steps for repeatable setup

Acceptance Criteria

• contributor docs include seed/fixture setup instructions
• examples are sufficient to run key local flows
• workflow is reproducible on a fresh clone
