When merged this pull request will:

  • Add two keybinds for increasing and decreasing the speed limiter limit by 1 kmh each step
  • Default bound to Ctrl + Mouse Wheel Scroll Up & Down

it would be cool to replace magic 0xF8 with macro, then no comment is needed
