Let's say you have a tree that has branches that are not the same depth like:

<ul id="test_tree_list">
<li>America
    <ul>
    <li>USA
        <ul>
        <li>Washington</li>
        <li>Florida</li>
        <li>Los Angeles</li>
        <li>San Francisco</li>
        </ul>
    </li>
    <li>Canada</li>
    <li>Brazil</li>
    </ul>
</li>
<li>Europe</li>
</ul>

If I do not scroll the third wheel, but instead scroll the second wheel to say Canada, the third wheel disappears. This is the correct behavior. However, If I scroll the second wheel back to USA, the third wheel reappears but is now locked in place at Washington. Neither dragging nor clicking the clickpick buttons will scroll the third wheel. The same issue happens to the second wheel if I scroll to Europe and then back to America.

This bug only seems to happen if I drag the second wheel back to USA. If I use the clickpick buttons to scroll the second wheel back, the third wheel does not get locked.

This bug happens on 2.4.4 but not on 2.3.1.
