My anti-virus thinks that link is a phishing attack.

I don't know if this is still an issue. FWIW it's a screenshot of a 500 error when going to acm.uiuc.edu/intranet/members/new/4933 (during approval)

I found the log. Somehow we got "Duplicate entry." Perhaps the button was clicked twice? I'll leave this open for investigation.

Can we add a check for this (ie see if the member was already added and the values match)?
