Set group to pcscd in the udev rules file

With pcsc-lite 2.4.0 it is now required to set the device file group to pcscd when the pcscd daemon is not run as root.
You should update https://github.com/acshk/acsccid/blob/master/src/92_pcscd_acsccid.rules
