Breaking changes

Openssl will be updated from version 1.1.1 to version 3.* on Windows 2022 image.

Target date

Image deployment will start on 2025-10-06 and will take 3-4 days.

The motivation for the changes

We'd like to keep images up-to-date with recent software updates.

Possible impact

If your builds depend on Openssl 1.1.1, they can be broken.
