[Req] Add external links to the menu bar #71

I would like to link to an outside page from the menu bar. Something like menu, :link => 'http://example.org' would be nice.
Maybe setable in initializers/active_admin.rb.

I do not know about ordering here, which would be come first in the menu, but maybe an additional weight parameter would solve this.

What kind of things would you link to from the main menu? Seems like maybe we could find a better place to put external links

+1 in general it should be possible to better control menus. Not everything is a resource...

One example would be to link to the live site, that this administration interface is for.
Another example would be when you have a resource that is not directly managed, but you still want to be able to call it.

Sure this can also be done by linking from the site but it feels like it should belong in the main menu.

would also be good to be able to turn the top-left site name into a link to eg. the main site.
