Add settings:

Try to Revive Stuck Sim- If true (default), when sim is stuck (not empty), add increasing amounts of cells in an attempt to bring it back to life
- Number
Max Revival Attempts- Number of times to add cells before giving up and resetting the sim
- Boolean
Hard Reset on Stuck- If true, the sim will perform a hard reset any time the sim is considered stuck
- Range
Grid Population Percentage- Percentage (0.33 -> 33%) of the grid to fill when the sim is reset
