Previous proposal (about 10 or 20 min ago) has mistake, where prototypes of standby() and wakeup() are located in prive: area.

I propose just 10 or 20 min ago (patch-1 ?).
It has mistakes, for example the prototypes of the functions standby() and wakeup() are located in private: area.
This 2nd patch is better.
