Formatting Fixes

Minor edits for CTAN package formatting. The main style file apalike-ejor.bst remains unaffected.

Dataset Update

Added support for misc entries with a "[dataset]" label. Updated documentation to explain the URL, DOI, and dataset fields. Minor edits to various reference styles.

Feature Update

Added a few EJOR citation style features missing from the original release, notably for use with book citations. Also made major updates to the documentation.

Initial Release

Initial version of apalike-ejor, made to comply with the EJOR reference style guide.
