Note on branchs

The branch recphyloXML adds compatibility for the homonym species-tree/gene-tree reconciliation format (recPhyloXML) for the output of the species-tree/locus-tree reconciliation. This branch will be merged to the master when the recphyloXML adds compatibility for the locus-tree/gene-tree reconciliation (or for the three-tree reconciliation) and will constitute a new release (SimPhy 1.1 most probably). Stay tuned!
