outcome is a simulation engine library. It's able to parse
user data files and run simulations based on that data.
The main focus is to enable "world simulation" focusing on higher level rules. It is at it's core a rule based engine or an expert system of sorts. It deals with sets of structures and rules that enable creation of representations of certain natural and social systems.
One program using this library is endgame, a command line tool for creating, running and analyzing outcome simulations. See the documentation and guides and run the software to get a better idea of what it's all about.
This library is free software. Everyone is invited to use and modify it, and to share any thoughts and modifications.
