Rename file without warning #15

Hi
When I rename a file and there is another file with the same name, mc doesn't give a warning.
Under linux mc shows an overwrite warning.

Now I noticed that the problem is only with the network drive (sshfs),
everything is ok on the local disk, I get a warning.

Side effect of not enabling ENABLE_BACKGROUND (general mc bugfix), had not noticed good find, thx
