(no issue) build script changes to stabilize Windows build
fix build scripts on Windows; update release notes accordingly.
* pycryptodome posts its own windows builds now, no need for ours. * pyldap version update. * pywin32-ctypes latest version fixes the keyring incompatibility. * update version number to 2.2 * update release notes for 2.2
The 2.2 build on a clean Windows machine revealed a missing dependency for python 3 - the latest Visual C++ redistributable libraries.
