Description

git commit does not open the git commit description page

Steps to Reproduce

1. enter git commit

**Expected behavior: Get the git commit comment page opening in Brackets

**Actual behavior: No matter if Brackets is already opened or not, Brackets will appear , but only my "on-working" project is opened, no new tab/window with Git commit comment is opening.

Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
