• Actually fixed the Nominatim thing this time. I forgot to include the cached weather location info in the skin, so it never read it and fetched info from Nominatim every time.
• Changed the user agent for Nominatim to specify Rainmeter, the skin and the author (me).

• The weather parser now only fetches geolocation information if the location option has been changed. This is at the request of the developers behind Nominatim.
