Protocole appliqué

Cette checklist est à appliquer scrupuleusement chaque jour.

1 - Aller le soir sur le site du Point de situation en Nlle Calédonie
2 - Modifier le nom du fichier avec la date et heure du jour. Ex : covid19-nc-2020-03-22_19h00.csv
3 - Ajouter la ligne les données issues du sîte officiel
4 - Uploader le fichier sur le site Open Data du gouv.fr
5 - Mettre à jour le csv sur la repo cf data/covid19-nc.csv
6 - Tagger @sschorgen afin qu'il sache qu'un nouveau fichier est disponible
7 - Vérifier à 21h00 que le tableau de bord a bien été mis à jour (il est mis à jour en automatique à 20h30 cf #3 )
8 - Poster un screenshot du tableau de bord sur FB avec l'url
