Pull Request Overview
This PR removes GitHub Actions support from the codebase by deleting all Actions-related files including security queries, test files, and library code.
- Removes GitHub Actions security queries for CWE-275, CWE-829, and CWE-094
- Deletes Actions library code and AST support
- Updates the main IAC library to remove Actions imports
