Do something when a friend sends me a message

Hello, I'm trying to make something like a notification when a new message arrives from a specific friend.

I hope there is a way to do that with this library but I didn't find it so I made a code that checks the last message every second and as you may guess I got "Status 429: Too many requests" after 1 or 2 hours
