Why do we need ADC? Is it for the CV input?
I was only thinking of CV out which should be a DAC.
And I have no idea for CV out how are we suppose to boost from 0-5V to -5-+5V(10 Vpp) we need an OP Amp or some sort.

yes for the CV out i think an DAC and an opamp to boost the voltage up is great. Then we need a power supply that can generate -10V for the opamp.

I added the the adc in this case to measure a battery voltage if anyone has no RaspiUSP so its easy possible to add this own lipo cell.

For battery power management, I am using MAX17040G chip, it specifically design for lipo power management with ADC i2c read out. And the code I have is already tested and working with the chipset. So another ADC will not be required. For the production model, I will design board with MAX17040G on it. Implementing a lipo power supply themselves they at least need a USB lipo charging module, 3.7v to 5V voltage booster, and an ADC. By that time the unit is no longer portable.

Ok thats great, the chip does a good job in my last projects. Then i will delete the pull-request.
What are the next software steps you are planning ? Any further help ?

I am sorry, I will be graduating from college in two weeks. So there's a lot of stuff on my plate right now. So I can't work on this project until a week or two later.

The shell script is quite useful though I will implement that once the software is more stable.

I saw your bio says you are full stack developer. I am currently struggle with the server front end and back end Flask integration. The server is used to let user upload patches via web browser instead of SFCP Additional feature like create folder, add file, rename file, delete file/folder feature is required. It would be awesome if you can take a look. Much thanks.
