Fedora install #6

I got an error on Fedora : LaTeX Error: File `multirow.sty' not found, so need to install :

dnf install texlive-multirow

In general, Fedora comes w/ python & pip "out of the box", so don't need to install that, but need :

dnf install python3-ephem python3-pandas
