Not able to show help in Windows

The Help->Documentation menu is not working in Windows.
Running it directly with the one-jar package it shows the error:

There is no way to open a web page from Java/Scala that works in every machine.
So I changed the code to use the JavaFX (getHostServices().showDocument("http://www.yahoo.com")) method; if it fails launches x-www-browser process as before
