I have mail in the following directories (pulled from Gmail with a nametrans transformation applied via offlineimap):

archive drafts flagged important inbox linux-arm-kernel linux-kernel sent spam trash

When I enable FolderNameFilter I would expect to get mail tagged with linux-kernel and linux-arm-kernel but I only ever get the latter. Only a small percentage of mail exists in both folders; most mail in each folder is unique. Note also that every piece of mail has a copy in archive, because that is how Gmail rolls.

Here is my afew config:

[MailMover]
folders = inbox spam

inbox = 'tag:spam':spam
        'NOT tag:inbox and NOT tag:spam':archive
spam = 'NOT tag:spam AND tag:inbox':inbox 'NOT tag:spam':archive

[FolderNameFilter]
#folder_explicit_list = linux-arm-kernel linux-kernel
folder_blacklist = archive
#maildir_separator = /

# This is the default filter chain
[SpamFilter]
[ClassifyingFilter]
[KillThreadsFilter]
#[ListMailsFilter]
#[ArchiveSentMailsFilter]

# all mail marked as 'new' gets marked as 'inbox'
[InboxFilter]

Here is my test which fails:

$ notmuch search --output=tags "*"
attachment
important
inbox
linux-arm-kernel
replied
signed
spam
unread

I have tried variations on adding linux-kernel and linux-arm-kernel to folder_explicit_list, with the same results.

Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong? Is FolderNameFilter broken? When I enable verbose debug output I see it match linux-arm-kernel and simply no matches at all for linux-kernel.

I am based on the latest commit, 162d9fa.

I suspect this is the issue fixed by #74.
