Use versioned directories and symlinks as ark resource intends #56

We're currently setting prefix_root and prefix_home to the same destination (install_path), which I believe is a layover from when bflad was working with an older version of ark. As it stands, ark is simply extracted into install_dir with no version-specific subdir. This has been updated in the confluence cookbook, and we should probably do it here.

Also, we should take the time to add the flavor to the version, as the ark resource simply checks for existence of a dir, and core-7.0.0 is different from software-7.0.0 now
