NAME

POE::Component::IRC::Plugin::WWW::Vim::Tips - IRC plugin to fetch Vim tips

here is a cool one-liner if you just want the Vim tip:

     -le 'print POE::Component::IRC::Plugin::WWW::Vim::Tips->new->_get_vim_tip'
