Submit a Proposal

Get started

We use Easychair to handle the Call-for-Proposal process. To start the process, visit easychair.org/conferences/?conf=atvie17.

Login or Register

You have to create a new account or log in with an existing one.

Easychair Login

When registering a new account, you will be sent a confirmation link by email. Once you have confirmed your account, you will be able to login via easychair.org/conferences/?conf=atvie17.

Create a proposal

After successfully logging in, click on enter as an author to add a new proposal:

Complete the form with all necessary details about your submission. Take your time, and fill out all the required information carefully.

Respond to reviews

When the review period ends, you will receive an email with all the feedback on your proposal. You can respond to these reviews by visiting easychair.org/conferences/?conf=atvie17. If you submit a response, this will be taken into account during the final decision on which sessions to feature.

To respond:

  1. Click on your role as author.

  2. Select your proposal.

  3. Enter your response.
