Add a flag to use the local project's version of Laravel Pint #8

The new flag will tie Laravel/pint to the version saved in the project composer.lock file.

@lloricode if you have laravel pint as part of your composer dependencies (composer.json, composer.lock) and on your workflow you specify useComposer: true it will use the specific pint version that is part of your composer file. This is very useful when you want to have a specific version everywhere.
