Source code for paper: Distinct higher-order representations of natural sounds in human and ferret (BiorXiv, 2020), Landemard A, Bimbard C, Demené C, Shamma S, Norman-Haigneré S, Boubenec Y. Data to run these scripts can be downloaded from https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.5493682. Most scripts (including the ones to reproduce figures) do not require to download the fUSData folder (raw data, 30 GB). It is only needed to run denoising scripts. This repository also includes previously published code from Sam Norman-Haigneré (https://github.com/snormanhaignere) in ./Functions/Dependencies/.
