4/16 pattern does not (initially) loop correctly

If you open a file with a pattern set to 4/16 (beats/bar / beat width) and immediately start playing, the pattern will play as 4/4, i.e. it will not loop correctly. The first beat is played normally, followed by three silent beats.

After the pattern is opened in the editor, it will be looped as it should.
