Hayabusa

25-Key Macropad Experimental Unit

Purpose

  • Practice with PCB creation
  • Exploring a form of keypads not often created
  • Maximum function from a <10x10cm PCB

Supported layouts: https://tinyurl.com/ai03-hayabusa-1

Required parts:

  • Up to 4x 2u stabilizers (or none at all)
  • Up to 25x keycaps and switches
  • 25x SMA diodes
  • 1x Pro Micro
  • 1x 6x6mm push button (Do not solder, simply plug in when resetting)
  • A case, whether 3D printed, laser cut, or DIYed in some other form

Parts for RGB Underglow:

  • 4x WS2812B RGB LEDs
  • 4x 0.1u 0805 capacitors

Parts for under-key LEDs:

  • 1x 1.5k 0805 resistor
  • 25x 2.7k 0805 resistor
  • 1x SOT-223 NPN Transistor (NSS40301MZ4T1G or similar)
