👌 IMPROVE: Summarize key learnings before/after each chapter #275

Description

@ltalirz

This is a suggestion from @mpougin

I would have found it helpful to provide a quick summary of the key points at the end. Of course it's best to learn the function of the commands in the context but when you want to apply it it's difficult to search for it. Like they do in the sw carpentry tutorials (e.g. https://swcarpentry.github.io/python-novice-inflammation/08-func/index.html). Then you know immediately if the chapter will help with your problem

I think this is a great suggestion.
