To enhance overall experience, we should offer the ability to install and customize Airy Live Chat for websites and applications. These connections should also appear on the channels page for Admin.
Requirements
On Airy Core, it should be an option to connect Airy Live Chat to several websites or applications. The connection process should begin with a preview screen of the chat plugin and it should offer a prompt to connect to Airy Live Chat.
To begin the process of connecting to Live Chat, a Display Name and logo/image should be the first required items. The logo/image should be possible to upload, and we should display that it must be 1024x1024px PNG. Both of these correlate to how this Live Chat will be displayed on the Admin page.
Once the Display Name and logo/image are saved, the next step should be to prompt a Welcome Message. We should write a small description below the Welcome Message textbox to explain that this message will appear once a new conversation has been started.
We need to display the code necessary to utilize Airy Live Chat on websites and applications. We need to offer the possibility to copy and paste this code, and display a prompt to add this code inside the tag .
