When using terminal-vim and vim-deus the colors can get messed up.
To fix this add the following snippet to your ~/.vimrc:
let &t_8f = "\<Esc>[38;2;%lu;%lu;%lum"
let &t_8b = "\<Esc>[48;2;%lu;%lu;%lum"
