trying to put in some changes discussed with Viral:

    JeffBezanson authored
      - delete a few words
      - remove jargon "multiple dispatch" and "optional typing"
What I really want there is a brief sentence giving some idea of what
julia programs look like and what our basic model is. Hopefully this
    achieves that.
      - we said "high-performance JIT" twice, not necessary
      - remove mention of fault recovery and removing processors, because
we don't have it yet. sorry.
      - I don't want to specifically promise what performance you'll get
relative to C. just let the benchmarks speak for themselves.

I hate to add yet another README edit, but there were too many words.

    JeffBezanson authored
"very" should be avoided. also to me "VHLL" means writing a domain-level
spec, while in julia you have fine control over how computations are done.
generally everything should be straightforward and understated.
