Was getting an error while doing 'git submodule update --init'

....

You can just solve this by updating Command-T repo manualy:

git submodule update --init
cd bundle/Command-T/
git reset --hard HEAD # or whatever branch you want
cd ../../
git commit -am "updating bundle/command-t commit reference"
