This repository contains the R-code which can be used to obtain parametric and non-parametric estimators of the baseline intensity in dynamic interaction networks. The file functions.R contains the R-functions together with their syntax and an explanation for how to use them. The file example.R contains a simple example. Further information can be found in the file documentation.pdf.
