Add a simple internal web server that delivers pages and a map image based on HTML or other templates.
Allow users to build their own text files.

Pages are either served via HTTP or saved to a cloud synchronized directory.

This allows users to watch aircraft progress if away from home.

Same template mechanism can be used to implement #100.

This should also allow to save a Collins AirShow type map for in-flight entertainment systems which could load an image by Gauge.

More in #398
