it would be good if article ratings would be applied to a article version not to the whole article.
For example:
You define a article, which is poorly voted over months and update the article description. After upgrading, the article will be rated quite good but the average rating won't represent the CURRENT state of the article.
Another idea is, if you upgrade an article and the upgraded version is disliked you can restore the older version of the article if you see that this article has a better rating. This means, the rating should be displayed on the history as well.
