A security feature in macOS restricts downloaded files. Open a terminal, type xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine (trailing spaces, no enter), drag Lazy Mac Pack folder into the terminal window, then press enter.
Full-screening the window (via the green button) is still dangerous in dwarf fortress. If fullscreen is buggy on your computer, download extras.tar.bz2. Copy the SDL.framework into the libs folder of Dwarf Fortress 0.44.12, overwriting or moving the previous one. It may work better.
extras.tar.bz2 also contains a few files to build your own pack. It also contains the previous Lazy Mac Pack's keybindings file. Drop it into LNP/keybinds to use it.
