comparative-historical

These are my notes for the comparative historical prelim. I'm storing them on github because I'm paranoid about computer failures and because I'm going between working on my home machine and off of linstat. Oh and I believe in sharing the love!

I write my notes in Markdown (http://daringfireball.net/projects/markdown/) syntax, which I find to be a wonderful language for quick, structured note taking. Markdown syntax can then be converted to HTML, which is just a matter of piping the output to the Markdown Perl script and then outputting it to a file. The make.sh file does this for any file updated within the last hour.

I've also written a CSS stylesheet (notes.css) which renders the notes in something a little more readable than the default browser HTML.

You can’t perform that action at this time.
