The AMF file [1] contains two 20mm cubes with one stacked on top of the other. Loading this into Slic3r 0.9.8 generates the warning message:.

"Warning: The input file contains a hole near edge 0.000000-1.000000 (not manifold). You might want to repair it and retry, or to check the resulting G-code before printing anyway."

The two STL files [2] and [3] describe the same two cubes, one in each, using the same vertices and facets. Loading these into Slic3r 0.9.8 does not generate the warning.

Why are the cubes valid for STL but not for AMF?

Slic3r config is at [4].

Thank you, I just fixed this one. I'd still like to know how was that generated. Thanks!

From my custom exporter utility. Did you see a problem with it's contents?

Thanks for fixing the bug! Andy
