Feature request: Option to use bridging settings for roofing #1066

I've found settings that get very good bridging, but I often get holes when "roofing" (printing the first layer of solid infill over sparse infill for the top of an object). The problem is that when printing thin layers (so the plastic is stretched significantly coming out of the nozzle) at high speeds, the threads of plastic break off when bridging gaps. My bridging settings slow the feed rate way down and increase the flow to fill the gap without drooping or breaking, when it tries to print a solid layer on top of a sparse infill layer with a large spacing (low infill density), it has the same problems that it would otherwise have bridging a gap. It's essentially an internal bridge, and it would fix the problem if slic3r would treat it as a bridge rather than as printing on top of a solid layer. This could be an option to turn on using bridge settings for roofing, a separate set of options (speed and flow multiplier) for roofing, or autodetection that would treat internal bridges as bridges if the infill density is below, say, 20% (would be even better if it factored in the height/width ratio).
