  1. I get the following when slicing from Repetier ( solidoodle)
Can't call method "clone" on unblessed reference at G:Repetier-Host/slic3r/ line 157
  2. individual item choice just does not work for me.

Henri-G commented Apr 3, 2013

Ok.. this appears to be the same as is solved by unchecking complete item choice, which never worked anyway.
Maybe the fix will fix both issues

Henri-G commented Apr 3, 2013

Last comment incorrect, I meant #1076

Can you please elaborate on "never worked anyway"? That feature has been used for months, and it's supposed to work unless problems are reported.

Henri-G commented Apr 4, 2013

Thank you Alessandro. It is a real pleasure to have such excellent software
and also such good responsiveness.

I made a minimal test piece. I enclose as attachments the STL, the ini that
I used, and the Gcode. The Gcode has ~7000 lines, and the object has ten
layers, so each 230 lines or so a layer is done. You can see that the Gcode
jumps from one location to another, which was my observation on the machine.

Windows 7

Usually call slic3r from Repetier-Host

In this case I reinstalled for the test.

Solidoodle 2 ( which is working well for me.)

Any news on this?

Henri-G commented May 15, 2013

Ok I have returned to the planet and can now report.

This is the error message in 9.9.10,file=14071,filename=Error.JPG

I tried 9.8.52 and it worked fine, making two objects and completing each
one. So presumably I was doing something wrong previously, perhaps not
saving the changed configuration. However 9.9.10 still gives me the error
message if I try to switch on Complete individual objects. There are other
references to the same issue, for instance,200467.

I would like to make multiple objects, and finish each one. I can keep a
copy of 9.8 for this, but I think it would be better in the long run to try
to solve it.

Thanks for your proactive approach.

Okay, this was already fixed in 0.9.10-dev. Next release will work. Thank you

Thank you. Agree with closure. You do really good work. I join a whole lot of people who are grateful.
