In Slic3r 1.2.0 the 3D honeycomb infill does not work properly if I have chosen to combine infill every 2 layers. Infill every 3, 4, 5 and 6 layers works fine.

It only puts in the infill in one direction like you can see here: http://i.imgur.com/gUGrJeD.jpg

With infill every 3 layers or more (Tested from 3-6) it works like it's supposed to and puts the infill down in both directions. http://i.imgur.com/kgAZsuF.png

Okay, you win a prize for the first 1.2.0 bug.

I'll fix that...

Horray! What do I win?

Seriously though, this new infill pattern is really cool! I can't wait to use it more with my default setup :)

hey ChrisRK :-)

Seems there are other issues too, maybe it's related. the pattern is not always consistent with its previous layers (offset) http://imgur.com/QcatQUs, and sometimes goes wild http://imgur.com/xDwx87x .

And feature request - now that the recalc is auto, pull the tabs into an independant box, it helps.

some issues too on other infill patterns, dont know if it's related or if each pattern has it own independant module. Concentric infill misses the infill, maybe it's due to geometry alog (piece + bore configuration) - http://imgur.com/k2EnZjc
