I wanted to print just the small gear from the extras in Prusa's i3 repo (https://github.com/josefprusa/Prusa3). I loaded the STL generated by the makefile and then split, and deleted the large gear.
Clicking "Arrange" put the small gear into the lower-right corner. After exporting the STL, I reloaded it and a copy of the original was in the STL. This is confirmed by loading the exported STL into another program (although the STL is smaller than the original, but that's probably just the exporter doing things differently).
The 3D plater accurately shows what the exported STL will look like, and I can get this behavior to appear with pretty much any multi-part STL.
Near as I can tell, clicking "split" and then deleting the large gear doesn't actually clear the large gear from memory. I was able to get just the small gear to export once, but I can't seem to do it again.
Reloading the original STL after deleting everything from the plater only shows part of the STL when this bug is occurring until a restart.
Slicing and gcode export contains just what the 2D plater says it should.
Fixed regression causing the plater Split command not to remove objec…

I fixed this, thank you. I broke the Split button several times.
